I was afraid career coaching would be soulless and generic. Anna was highly personalized, very in the know, and knew when to push me and when to listen to the specifics of what I was looking for. I loved that in some ways it felt like career-therapy. We really delved deeply into what it was that I was looking for, beyond the generic "engagement/competition/work-life balance" buzzwords.
